Looking for a Quality Control Executive with at-least 4 years of experience in a Sterile/API/Formulation pharmaceutical Company with skills like QMS, Analytical Method Validation, Validation, Qualification of instructions, Environment. With a strong focus on Analytical Method Validation (AMV), Cleaning Validation, and compliance with global regulatory standards, we aim to maintain excellence across all quality systems. Key Responsibilities Perform Analytical Method Validation (AMV) as per regulatory and internal requirements. Conduct Sampling & Analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples. Execute Cleaning Validation activities and maintain associated documentation. Review and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and Dissolution apparatus. Prepare and review test reports, COAs, and analytical documentation. Investigate OOS/OOT results and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with QA, Production, and other cross-functional teams for smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and company quality systems. Qualifications & Skills B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. Chemistry or related field. 3–6 years of experience in Quality Control within a sterile or API manufacturing environment (preferred). Strong hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, and other analytical instruments. Knowledge of AMV, Cleaning Validation, and regulatory requirements. Good understanding of cGMP, GLP, and documentation practices. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
