Job Type: Full-time Industry: Construction / Building Materials Reports To: Business Development Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in the sale of construction-related materials such as masking tapes, masking films, glass tapes, tile adhesives, and other consumables. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction and building materials industry, with the ability to build relationships and drive sales through field visits, cold calls, and regular customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: * Promote and sell a range of construction consumables (tapes, adhesives, films, etc.) to retailers, distributors, contractors, and construction companies. * Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, cold calling, site visits, and networking. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. * Deliver product demonstrations, and technical support as needed. * Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. * Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly. * Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory management, and customer service support. * Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and update CRM systems regularly. * Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or other promotional events as required. Requirements: * Proven experience in sales of construction materials, hardware, or building consumables (1+ years preferred). * Strong knowledge of construction consumables, and product applications. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach. * Willingness to travel regularly to client sites and retail locations. * Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (TW) * Basic computer skills (MS Office, Word etc.). Preferred Qualifications: * Diploma or Bachelor's degree. * Existing client base in the construction or hardware retail sector is a strong advantage.
