The current project is nearing completion and the company is looking for a Sales Executive to assist the partners in marketing the final balance inventory in hand. Job Description 1. Connect with the existing leads of the firm. 2. Ideate and manage new marketing campaigns for the project. 3. Collect and manage the leads generated from the new marketing campaigns. 4. Make calls to the collected leads, get them for site visits and show them sample flats. 5. Manage the database with our Channel Partners and coordinate with them for closing deals. 6. Assist the partners in the day to day operations and meetings of the firm. Qualification and skills needed a) Cleared B.Com/BMS/BMM/BBA/any other relevant stream with good grades and understanding of academic learnings. b) MBA/MSc/MMS/any other post-graduation degree preferably in marketing, business administration, entrepreneurship, operations management, etc. will have advantage over only graduate degree. c) 0-2 years of work experience needed. Freshers can apply. d) Should have basic knowledge of the business landscape of India. e) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. f) Excellent computer skills like internet operations, MS Office :: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook. g) Above average critical thinking abilities. h) Good practise on Canva will be an added advantage. i) Past internship experience will be an advantage but not compulsory CTC offered ₹3LPA to ₹4.5LPA (Fixed) depending on candidate qualification and proficiency.
