Role Overview: As a Generalist Executive at JK Diamonds Institute, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the growth and success of our renowned institute specializing in gems and jewelry education. Your responsibilities will include designing and conducting lectures, workshops, assessments, and examinations to ensure high-quality training for students. Additionally, you will be mentoring and guiding students academically and professionally to help them excel in their chosen field. Providing business consultations to students and assisting in integrating market insights into training sessions will also be part of your role. Ensuring discipline, decorum, attendance tracking, and effective communication in smooth and efficient batches will be essential. Collaborating with the marketing team for idea generation, campaign feedback, and post-campaign analysis will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Organizing academic events, field trips, and alumni engagements to enhance the overall learning experience is another significant part of your role. Finally, handling basic coordination tasks related to digital operations and student feedback will be required.
