Job Description / Key Responsibilities: Assist in project planning, drafting, and documentation. Support site execution, erection, installation, and commissioning activities. Monitor equipment performance and report issues. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (purchase, project, planning and quality). Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain records. Follow safety and quality compliance on site. Learn and adopt industrys best practices in the industry under the guidance of senior engineers. Technical Skill: Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, machines, and equipment. Understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances. Basic knowledge of fabrication, welding, and materials. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency Soft Skill: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and professional behavior. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Proactive problem-solving abilities. Time management and multitasking skills. Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering for entry-level positions). Experience 0 - 1 year of experience in maintenance. Location Remote, India (As per company requirement). CTC offered As per Market Standard.
