Job Title: Accountant (Female) Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Chhani Jakatnaka Reporting to: Account Manager Job Type: Full-Time Salary: 12000 to 14000 Per Month Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting overall financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records in accordance with company policies. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements. Perform reconciliations of bank statements and ledgers. Assist in budget preparation and expense management. Handle accounts payable and receivable processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies. Monitor cash flow, prepare forecasts, and track financial performance. Assist with internal and external audits. Support payroll processing and tax filings as needed. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards. Proficiency in accounting software Tally ERP. Advanced MS Excel skills and data analysis ability. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Desirable Traits: Integrity and confidentiality. Strong communication skills.
