About izi.TRAVEL izi.TRAVEL is a global audio guide platform that helps travelers discover stories behind cities, museums, and landmarks. The Goal Redesign and rebuild our website to work beautifully on mobile devices, load fast even with poor connections, work offline, use interactive maps, and turn visitors into paying customers. What You’ll Do Fully rebuild the izi.travel website using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS Design smooth, simple user journeys that guide people from landing on the site to making a purchase Make the website installable on phones and usable offline (as a PWA) Integrate interactive maps to help users discover nearby content Ensure the site loads quickly, especially on slow mobile networks Work closely with our product, backend, and design teams to deliver features that look great and convert What We’re Looking For Strong experience building websites with React and Next.js Excellent UI/UX skills – you care about how things look and how users move through the product Experience creating mobile-first designs using Tailwind or similar tools Knowledge of how to build websites that work offline or in poor network conditions (service workers, caching) Experience working with web maps (Leaflet, Mapbox, or Google Maps) Comfortable using data and analytics to improve conversion rates and user journeys
