Your role will involve working closely with developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test, and release products. It will be your responsibility to maintain the performance and stability of all server functions. Additionally, you will need to stay updated on new technologies to enhance development efficiency continuously. The ideal candidate for this position should hold an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering, preferably from IITs/Top RECs, with 2-5 years of relevant experience in Java server-side software development. Proficiency in implementing algorithms, advanced data structures, and experience with e-business/e-commerce applications is required. Any prior experience with internet companies or the travel industry would be considered a plus. Key skills for this role include a strong understanding of Java/J2EE, design patterns, data structures, performance optimization, MongoDB, Web services, and multithreaded programming. Knowledge in Python, NodeJS, MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch would be advantageous.
