Pre-Production Responsibilities - Coordinate with planning team to understand the event theme and shoot requirements - Prepare shoot schedule and shot list - Conduct location recces and lighting checks - Arrange necessary equipment in advance and ensure readiness Production (Shoot-Day) Responsibilities - Set up and operate cameras, gimbals, drones, etc. - Ensure high-quality footage capture (frame, focus, lighting) - Capture candid and highlight moments as per event plan - Manage shoot timelines and adapt to real-time changes Post-Production (Editing) Responsibilities - Import and organize footage - Select best clips and sync audio - Edit videos using Final Cut Pro / Premiere Pro - Apply transitions, text, music, sound, and color grading - Export final videos in required formats Creative Collaboration & Communication - Work closely with creative director and planning team for vision alignment - Participate in client meetings for brief understanding when needed - Ensure creative feedback is implemented effectively Delivery, Archiving & Feedback - Deliver files on time via cloud platforms (Google Drive, WeTransfer etc.) - Maintain structured archive of raw and edited files - Collect feedback from team/client post-delivery and improve workflow General & Administrative Tasks - Maintain equipment log and ensure servicing is scheduled - Ensure backups of all critical media files - Maintain task tracker and status reports for shoots and edits Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,908.22 - ₹45,946.27 per month
