Job Title: IVR Executive / Telecaller

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic IVR Executive / Telecaller to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience handling inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
• Respond to customer queries, provide information, and resolve issues effectively
• Route calls to the appropriate departments when necessary
• Maintain call logs and update the CRM or internal systems regularly
• Follow communication scripts and adhere to call handling protocols
• Collect feedback and escalate complex issues to supervisors when required
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during every interaction

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills
• Experience with call center software or IVR systems (preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to type efficiently
• Ability to work under pressure and meet call targets

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Prior experience in a telecalling/customer support/IVR role
