Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Head, located in Ghatabillod. The Plant Head will oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production planning, quality control, and production management. Responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, meeting production targets, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves leading a team, resolving operational challenges, and contributing to the strategic growth of the plant. Qualifications Strong expertise in Plant Operations and Production Management Proven skills in Production Planning and Budgeting Thorough understanding of Quality Control processes and best practices Leadership and team management capabilities Ability to analyze and optimize operational processes Experience within the mining and metals industry is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
