You'll work closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure every customer receives exceptional service from discovery to delivery—and beyond. Key Responsibilities:Assist customers via chat, video calls, and social media DMs by offering detailed product knowledge and styling advice.Drive conversions by understanding customer needs and offering tailored recommendations.Manage online orders and ensure smooth processing from checkout to delivery.Provide prompt after-sales support, handling queries, returns, and service requests with empathy and efficiency.Offer insights based on customer feedback to improve product offerings and service quality.
