We are looking for experienced candidates who will be responsible for procurement ( IT Hardware ) process. This job demands good communication skills in English. Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for sourcing of IT equipments, materials & services and managing vendors. Identify, comprehend specifications and source products requested by clients Estimate effective cost of items to be procured adding up other expenses such as freight, warehousing etc Constantly find new vendors, distributors, manufacturers to ensure best pricing and quality Preparation of comparison for quotes, releasing purchase orders and follows up with suppliers for timely delivery of quality products. Readiness to work extended hours or in different time zones meet product delivery schedule  Knowledge and Skills Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions. Must possess good communication skills in English. Working knowledge in MS Excel, Google sheets etc. Minimum Qualification Degree in any discipline preferably with subjects related to procurement / material management included in the academic curriculum OR Diploma in IT or Computer Science Additional Certificates related to Procurement Process will be given weightage. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement preferably IT networking devices. Language proficiency English Interested candidate may share their CV to priya@itwagon.com
