Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through various channels including email, chat, and voice. Daily tasks include assisting customers with their inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, managing customer satisfaction, and ensuring timely and accurate responses. The role also involves collaborating with team members to enhance customer service processes and contributing to customer retention efforts. Qualifications Customer Support, Online Support, and Customer Service skills Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Technical Support Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a team environment Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
