In this role, you will need to develop and maintain relationships with mid-market and Enterprise customers, presenting business solutions at the VP and CXO levels within target organizations. Meeting or exceeding targets for both prospecting and generating qualified leads will be key to your success, along with recording all sales activity in the CRM system. To excel in this position, you should have 1-3 years of successful experience in a Business Development role within a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Your background should include selling to IT/ITES/KPO enterprises in the North American and European markets. You should possess the ability to identify decision-makers and effectively communicate the value of the client's services, products, and business offerings. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a demonstrated ability to maintain consistent levels of activity to achieve calling and lead generation quotas. Familiarity with the sales process and experience using Salesforce.com or any other CRM system will be advantageous. Being self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize work independently with minimal supervision are also key qualities for success in this role. This is a full-time position that involves working night shifts. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
