As a Workplace Experience Supervisor at McDonald's global office in Hyderabad, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal workplace experience for employees and guests. Your responsibilities will include overseeing front desk/reception operations, visitor and guest management, mail room, housekeeping, events management, food & beverage services, workplace communication, and employee engagement events. You will lead the soft services function with a strategic vision to enhance the workplace experience. You will work closely with stakeholders and occupants to provide workplace-related services, collaborate with the IFM provider to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and monitor key performance indicators and service level agreements. Your role will also involve partnering with the F&B provider for continuous improvement and advocating for change and cost optimization in the soft services domain. To excel in this role, you should have 4-7 years of supervisory experience in a similar capacity, with a strong understanding of admin, guest relations, and facilities management in IT/ITes organizations. You will be responsible for ensuring work compliance with safety standards, specifications, and budgetary guidelines. Additionally, you will contribute towards sustainable operations and work with third-party service providers to develop strategic facility management objectives. The ideal candidate will have a college degree in a field related to hotel management/hospitality, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in technology programs and applications in the soft services domain. You should be detail-oriented, able to make independent decisions, and work well in a team environment. The role requires availability to work on-site from 9am to 6pm/12pm to 9pm, Monday to Friday, with on-call duties after hours and over weekends.
