Qualification:
ITI (Fitter / Machinist / Turner / Tool & Die / Mechanical) or equivalent.
Experience:
0–3 years of experience operating CNC / VMC machines (Freshers with good knowledge can also be considered).
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC and VMC machines as per production requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and job orders.
Set up tools and fixtures on machines.
Perform basic programming and offset adjustments if required.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy.
Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of machines.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain workplace discipline.
Record daily production data in prescribed formats.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations.
Understanding of G-code and M-code.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauge).
Basic troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and quality-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
