Job Title: ITI Fitter Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra Industry: Food & Bakery / Cake Manufacturing Experience Required: 1 – 4 years CTC Offered: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced ITI Fitter to join our cake manufacturing unit in Bhiwandi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of machinery and equipment used in food production. Experience in an FMCG or food processing environment is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance of plant machinery and equipment. Identify mechanical issues and ensure prompt corrective actions to reduce downtime. Install, assemble, and test machinery and mechanical systems in production areas. Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in proper working condition. Maintain records of maintenance work and report to the maintenance supervisor or plant head. Follow all safety and hygiene protocols relevant to the food manufacturing industry. Work in coordination with production and quality teams to support smooth operations. Key Skills & Qualifications: ITI Fitter certification (mandatory). 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in maintenance within manufacturing or food industry. Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings and technical manuals. Familiarity with food industry machinery (mixers, conveyors, ovens, packaging lines, etc.) is a plus. Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns when needed. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
