Role Summary:

As part of the IT Strategy & Transformation team, this role drives the execution and operational tracking of strategic and transformation initiatives across IT. The incumbent will work closely with topic owners, sourcing teams, and vendors to ensure strategic priorities are translated into measurable outcomes, backed by data-driven insights, dashboards, and consistent governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HoT SPOCs to track and align strategy execution, OKRs, and transformation topics.
  • Maintain a single-view dashboard on vendor portfolio, ratios, and KPIs.
  • Drive preparation of leadership reviews, portfolio updates, and progress summaries for decision-making
  • Review sourcing committee demands and ensure alignment with demand owners
  • Provide analytical insights on vendor contributions, efficiency, and value delivery
  • Prepare strategic materials, dashboards, and reports for management steering committees and leadership forums.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strategic and analytical thinking with strong execution discipline.
  • Proficiency in dashboards, reporting, and performance tracking (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to visualize the big picture and connect strategy to operational outcomes.
  • Creative and structured mindset with a focus on improvement and delivery excellence.

Experience:

  • 8–12 years of experience in IT strategy execution, PMO, or transformation governance.
  • Strong understanding of IT processes, sourcing models, and vendor management.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive outcomes.
