IT Support Desk Technical Analyst

Role Overview: As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility is to be the first point of contact for technical assistance and support. You will interact with end-users through various channels such as our ticketing system, email, phone, and in-person to address their technical issues promptly and effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Be the First Point of Contact: Act as the primary resource for technical assistance and support. Field incoming requests from end-users via our ticketing system, email, phone, and in-person. - Troubleshoot and Resolve: Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for our users, including problems with laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and core applications. - User Account Management: Assist with fundamental Google Workspaces, Cloud Services tasks, such as password resets, unlocking accounts, and managing user group memberships. - New Employee Onboarding: Prepare and configure new hire equipment (laptops, monitors, etc.) and provide a friendly IT orientation to ensure new team members have a smooth start. - Documentation: Create and update easy-to-understand support guides and articles for our internal knowledge base, helping both users and your IT colleagues. Qualification Required: - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with end-users and team members. - Technical proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. - Experience with Google Workspaces and Cloud Services is preferred. - Ability to create clear and concise documentation for knowledge sharing purposes.
