IT Software Engineer ERP

You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and integrating enterprise applications, with a focus on D365 Finance and Operations. Your main responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating 5+ years of experience with D365 Finance and Operations - Having a passion for technology and a willingness to explore and adopt emerging technologies for practical business purposes - Bringing an upbeat, positive attitude while collaborating with an agile team to develop innovative technical solutions that enable business growth and improve customer satisfaction - Quickly understanding new business domains and creatively applying technology to improve processes - Building proof-of-concept solutions that can be implemented on a larger scale - Modeling innovation behaviors such as questioning, observing, experimenting, networking, and associating - Being self-motivated with good time management skills - Identifying issues, generating solutions, and choosing appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis - Demonstrating knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices - Working with newer technologies and cloud concepts - Being open to cross-skilling and training in Dynamics AX / D365 - Having experience in ERP platforms such as D365 F&O and related tools (PowerBI, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, PowerApps) - Experience in using Azure DevOps As an employee at Allegion, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from India and be part of a team that celebrates diversity and inclusivity.
