Job Description

Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues via phone, email, or ticketing system

Log, track, and manage service requests and incidents using a helpdesk tool

Provide Level 1 technical support for:

Desktop/Laptop issues

Printer and peripheral problems

Software installations and configurations

Email and MS Office troubleshooting

Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support teams when required

Perform user account management (password resets, access provisioning, etc.)

Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software

Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and IT procedures

Follow ITIL-based incident and service management processes

Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
