Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Understand the job requirements and discuss with hiring managers or clients.
Source potential candidates through various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and applications based on job criteria.
Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
Coordinate and follow up with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of IT technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, SQL, etc.) is a plus.
Good understanding of the recruitment life cycle.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,258.44 - ₹20,454.34 per month
