The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles and a proven ability to source, assess, and onboard top tech talent in a fast-paced environment. Manage end-to-end IT recruitment across multiple domains including software development, cloud, cybersecurity, and data. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create job descriptions. Source and screen candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases. Conduct technical assessments and coordinate interviews. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Build a strong tech talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
