IT Quality Engineer - Veeva Vault

As an IT Quality Engineer at Veeva Systems, you will be a key player in ensuring the top-quality of an internal CRM product built on the Veeva Vault Platform. Your role will involve creating testing-related documentation, automating tests, triaging automation results, and verifying outcomes within schedules. You will collaborate with software engineers, business analysts, and other QA testers in an Agile team environment. Additionally, you will operate at the architecture and code level, driving technical discussions during design/implementation reviews. You will also work on enhancing your knowledge of code coverage tools and quality metrics, and contribute to new processes and SQLC improvements with the IT Quality team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create testing-related documentation, including test plans, test cases/scripts, and bug reports - Automate testing and work closely with the development team to implement automation features - Develop expertise in the product and business processes - Conduct QA tests and verify outcomes within schedules - Collaborate with team members in an Agile environment - Drive technical discussions during design/implementation reviews - Enhance knowledge of code coverage tools and quality metrics - Contribute to new processes and SQLC improvements **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's in Mathematics, Computer Science/Applications, or a related field - Understanding of Software QA methodologies and tools - Experience in writing test cases and automating them - Relevant work experience in software development or test automation - Curiosity and ability to quickly learn new technologies - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proven leadership/mentorship experience *Additional Details:* Veeva Systems is a Work Anywhere company, allowing you to work from home while staying connected with colleagues in the Hyderabad office.
