IT Project Coordinator Intern

• Assist in coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Support in breaking down projects into actionable tasks and setting realistic time frames.
• Help liaise with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, define scope, and clarify objectives.
• Assist in assigning tasks to internal teams and tracking progress against schedules.
• Ensure client requirements are addressed and followed up as projects evolve.
• Support procurement activities and vendor communications when required.
• Monitor project progress and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external communication regarding project status.
• Help maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
• Organize and attend stakeholder meetings, preparing minutes and follow-up actions.
• Assist in designing and maintaining project schedules.
• Learn to identify opportunities for improving project profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure deadlines are monitored and met.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn project management tools and techniques.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts will be an advantage.
