At HADRON GBS, we believe in continuous evolution and innovation. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support the successful planning and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate project activities, resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.

· Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

· Develop and maintain project plans, trackers, status reports, and documentation.

· Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues proactively.

· Prepare regular project updates and progress reports for management.

· Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements

· 3+ years of experience in IT project coordination or project management support.

· Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

· Strong skills in project planning, tracking, reporting and documentation.

· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in IT Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

· PMP, or other relevant project management certifications.
