IT Project Coordinator

Minimum of 6 years and maximum of 8 years of total experience

Mandatory experience of 5 years in managing Software Engineering projects for development and maintenance of enterprise class business IT applications in Banking domain in one of the following set up’s:

o Tier 1 IT companies

o IT captives of MNC Banks

o IT Product companies focused on Banking sector

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in web project management.

Strong technology skills on the following programming languages, hands-on experience will be preferred.

o Java/J2EE

o HTML/PHP

Exceptional ability to contribute creativity and innovation to web projects

Proven expertise in the following process areas:

o SDLC Methodologies (Waterfall/ Agile)

o Estimation techniques

o Project Planning using Microsoft project (MPP)

o Risk Management

o Stakeholder management

o Quantitative project management

Possesses ability to quickly understand the technical and functional aspects of the project to be able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and also guide the team on various aspects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, high integrity, strong work ethic and ability to empathize with the customer.

Responsibilities:

Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

Consulting with internal stakeholders to determine the website's desired appearance and functionalities, and conceptualizing the website design process

Lead the development of requirements, business cases, estimations, Project Proposals and RFPs

Facilitate the definition of service levels and acceptance criteria for projects

Develop project plans, goals, and budgets

Work with stakeholders to secure needed resources and resolve resource conflicts
