IT Network, Endpoint & Storage Administrator

As an IT Network, Endpoint & Storage Administrator at our company, you will be responsible for owning and managing the office network, endpoint devices, and data stored across various drives with a primary focus on security and protection. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage office LAN/WiFi, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, routing, and AP configurations. - Administer Windows & macOS systems, including user management, OS hardening, patching, and troubleshooting. - Handle storage & backup operations across internal/external drives, RAID setups, permissions, and imaging/cloning tools. - Manage MDM solutions (Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager) for device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance, and application deployment. - Implement DLP controls to manage cloud uploads, USB/device restrictions, and access policies. - Support endpoint security using EDR tools like CrowdStrike and Intune security baselines. - Produce monitoring, logging, audit, and compliance reports using system logs and SIEM basics. **Video Data Management (for Editors):** - Own end-to-end management of all video data, including raw footage, project files, exports, and archives. - Maintain structured folder systems, versioning, and naming conventions for all video projects. - Tag and categorize content with relevant metadata for fast retrieval and audit readiness. - Work closely with editors to clean, archive, and back up files regularly for optimized workflow and secure long-term storage. **Core Skill Requirements:** - LAN/WiFi networking fundamentals - Windows & macOS administration - Storage, RAID, permissions & backup management - MDM (Microsoft Intune) administration - DLP and access control policies - CrowdStrike or similar EDR experience - SIEM/logging familiarity - Understanding of graphics/video editing data workflows **Preferred Certifications:** - **Networking:** - CompTIA Network+ - Cisco CCNA - **Security & Endpoint:** - CompTIA Security+ - CrowdStrike / Microsoft Security certifications (EDR/XDR) - **Microsoft / MDM:** - Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate - Any Microsoft 365 or Windows Server certification covering identity, security, and device management Please note that the company's social handles are: - YouTube: [Official WXM](https://www.youtube.com/@Official_WXM) - Instagram: [Official WXM](https://www.instagram.com/official_wxm/) - Website: [WXM World](https://wxm.world/),
