Job Summary
The IT Manager will be independently responsible for managing the entire IT infrastructure and operations across the NX-One campus. This includes hardware and software systems, network administration, server and security management, ERP/CRM support, facility-specific IT systems, and coordination with internal departments and external vendors.
The candidate must have hands-on working experience with Farvision , which is a mandatory and compulsory requirement for this position. The role requires strong technical expertise, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the capability to independently manage all IT functions with minimal supervision in a real estate environment .
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Operations & Infrastructure Management
Manage IT operations across office spaces, towers, commercial blocks, and site areas.
Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, servers, biometric systems, routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and other IT assets.
Ensure smooth functioning and high uptime of leased lines and internet connectivity.
2. Network & Server Administration
Monitor and maintain network performance, firewall configurations, VLANs, and bandwidth allocation.
Ensure uninterrupted functioning of on-premises/cloud servers, antivirus, and data backups.
Troubleshoot network failures, connectivity issues, and system downtime.
3. ERP / CRM / Farvision Support – Mandatory
Mandatory hands-on experience in Farvision ERP is required. Candidates without Farvision ERP experience will not be considered.
Provide frontline support and manage day-to-day operations of Farvision ERP.
Manage user creation, access permissions, master data updates, and ERP configurations.
Coordinate with Farvision software vendors for customizations, troubleshooting, upgrades, and issue resolution.
Support ERP modules related to Finance, CRM, Leasing, Billing, Facility Management, and Property Management, wherever applicable.
Provide ERP/CRM support and ensure smooth integration with other business applications.
Train employees and relevant departments on Farvision ERP modules and functionalities.
4. Real Estate & Facility-Specific IT Responsibilities
Oversee CCTV system operations, NVR management, and timely recording backups.
Manage access control systems, biometric attendance, and visitor management tools.
Collaborate with Facility, Projects, Leasing, and CRM teams for tower/site-level IT support.
Support parking management, BMS integrations (if applicable), and digital displays.
5. Cybersecurity & Compliance
Implement and monitor IT security protocols, including firewalls, endpoint protection, encryption, and password policies.
Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, AMC records, software license logs, and audit compliance.
Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery preparedness.
6. User Support & Training
Provide independent L1/L2 support to employees across departments.
Conduct employee training on new applications, Farvision ERP modules, email platforms, and IT best practices.
Maintain incident logs and ensure timely closure of support tickets.
7. Vendor Management & Procurement
Coordinate with IT vendors, ISP partners, AMC service providers, and hardware suppliers.
Review quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely deliveries and AMC compliance.
Oversee procurement and inventory control of IT hardware, licenses, and consumables.
8. New Project / Site Setup
Lead IT arrangements for new tower launches, office setups, and project expansions, including:
Network and cabling layout.
CCTV and access control installations.
IT room and server rack planning.
Coordination with civil, electrical, and facility teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience in Farvision ERP.
5–10 years of relevant IT infrastructure and operations experience.
Real Estate / Facility Management industry experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, cybersecurity, and real estate-related IT systems.
Preferred certifications: CCNA, MCSE, MCSA, ITIL, or any relevant IT certification.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, vendor management, and documentation skills.
Ability to independently manage the complete IT infrastructure with minimal supervision.
Important Mandatory Requirement
Note -Farvision ERP experience is MUST and COMPULSORY. Candidates having no prior hands-on experience with Farvision will not be eligible for this position.Role & responsibilities
