Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our companys IT infrastructure. This includes network management (LAN/WAN), hardware and software systems, cybersecurity, and the integration of new technologies and software platforms to support our business operations and growth. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong technical foundation and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT hardware and software systems.
• Networking: Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN), ensure network security and performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Software Integration: Evaluate, implement, and integrate new software solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.
• System Security: Ensure cybersecurity best practices, including firewalls, antivirus protection, and data backups.
• Technical Support: Provide Level 2/3 support to resolve technical issues and minimize downtime for internal users.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with IT vendors and service providers for hardware procurement, software licensing, and outsourced services.
• IT Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement short- and long-term IT strategies aligned with company goals.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with data protection laws and internal IT policies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and software licenses.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred).
• Minimum 2-5 years of progressive experience in IT roles, including at least 2 years in a managerial or lead capacity.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• LAN/WAN networks and network security
• Windows and/or Linux server environments
• Cloud services and remote access tools
• Software evaluation and integration
• Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is advantageous.
