• Infosys is seeking a Datacenter Network SME with strong hands on technical skills to operate a large scale enterprise DC network infrastructure deployed globally
• The candidate will support and maintain network infrastructure according to best practices
• He she will also assist in the development of guidelines and procedures for administration and security best practices provide network documentation monitor network usage anticipate problems and suggest solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• CCIE Certification in Datacenter
• Extensive experience in designing delivering managing Data center Network operations
• Skills in network protocols IP TCP UDP and other routing protocols
• Strong knowledge about data center networks and protocols Unicast Multicast Anycast
• Expert knowledge in Ethernet fabric technologies Fabric Path Cisco ACI and EVPN VXLAN
• Extensive Troubleshooting experience in Datacenter VXLAN EVPN Routing protocols BGP OSPF ISIS
• Familiar with supporting application migrations from network perspective
• Skills in software defined networks especially for VMware NSX T V and OpenStack OVS
• Expert level knowledge about Cisco Nexus Architectures N7K N9K
• Advanced knowledge in network services like IPAM DNS SMTP NTP Load Balancing and others
• Advanced skills in physical cable management systems optics fibers and campus network facility
• Advanced skills in analyze network problems via Wireshark or any other tool set
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery
• Hands on Experience on Cisco switches Nexus switches WLC Access points

Technical Requirements:

• Data Center Networking with VXLAN evpn fabric path BGP vpc nexus

Additional Responsibilities:

• Deep experience in Customer Handling and stakeholder management
• Ability to handle escalations be a trusted advisor for the customer and work closely with customers in defining solutions
• Ability to drive Service Improvement programs
• Understanding of service level management process related agreements SLA OLA and workflow steps
• Analytical ability
• Knowledge of capacity management process
• Understand and follow Service Level Agreements SLA within teams vendors
• Knowledge and follow Various Industry Standard Process in terms of Incident Management Change Management Problem management etc
• Knowledge and awareness of ITIL standards and best industrial practices
