IT Executive – Hotel Operations

We're Hiring IT Executive – Svenska Design Hotels

Location: Electronic City Phase 1, Bangalore

We’re looking for a skilled IT Executive to keep our hotel operations running smoothly.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Hotel Systems (PMS): Minimum 1 year experience using IDS Software (or similar hotel Property Management Systems) for daily operations and support.
• Technical Support: Minimum 1 year general IT experience in hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Hardware Maintenance: On-site repairs and maintenance for telephone systems, electronic door locks, and biometric punching machines.
• Networking: Basic configuration and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks.
