As an IT Hardware Executive, your primary role will be to handle the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, peripherals, and network devices. Your responsibilities will include: - Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and other IT hardware. - Troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing faulty components. - Performing system upgrades and routine maintenance checks. - Managing and monitoring IT inventory such as desktops, laptops, and networking devices. - Coordinating with vendors for hardware procurement and repairs. - Providing technical support to employees for hardware-related issues. - Ensuring data backup and system security compliance. You should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field along with 13 years of experience in IT hardware support or maintenance. Additionally, you should have good knowledge of computer assembly, networking, peripherals, and a basic understanding of operating systems like Windows/Linux. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential for this role. Preferred qualifications include experience with LAN/WAN setup and maintenance, as well as knowledge of CCTV systems.
