IT Engineer - Software - Siebel

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for determining operational feasibility, documenting and demonstrating solutions, preparing and installing solutions, improving operations, obtaining and licensing software, updating job knowledge, protecting operations, providing information, and accomplishing engineering and organization missions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions - Developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code - Designing system specifications, standards, and programming for solutions - Conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures - Obtaining required information from vendors, recommending purchases, and testing and approving products - Studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment - Keeping information confidential to protect operations - Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues - Completing related results as needed to accomplish engineering and organization mission - Developing software solutions through studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas, and following the software development lifecycle Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study - 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.,
