As a member of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Global Customer Engagement (GCE) Engagement Excellence team (EET), you will be responsible for driving and leading strategic projects and programs that would impact the wider ECS organization . What you ll do - As a member of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Global Customer Engagement (GCE) Engagement Excellence team (EET), you will: Be responsible for driving and leading strategic projects and programs that would impact the wider ECS organization. Bring analytical skills to assess financial impact of any project/program, for the team and the organization e.g. profits, revenue gains in short and long terms, assisting costs. Design the KPI framework to centrally manage and track all financial parameters for GCE and contributing elements of ECS, ensuring long-term achievement and improvement of the same. Work with the global team focused on processes and tools, ensuring simplification, strategic automation and continuous improvement for the business. Design the E2E framework for the Financial Balance Statements for SAP s cloud customers and ensure regular review and tracking of data for monthly release to customers. Align KPI framework and Financial Balance Statements with GCE and SAP strategic KPIs and goals with business analysis, helping to drive strategy with financial overview. Maximize the efficiencies of day-to-day business performance, by implementing robust, easy to consume and reliable framework. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization, collect the relevant data, analysis of the same and generate relevant reports for business transparency and efficiency (operationally and financially). What you bring : Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing Financial KPIs, with a focus on reducing complexity and driving efficiency. Proven expertise in managing international strategic projects/programs and identifying opportunities for automation to risk mitigate. 15+ years of experience in financial analysis and large business program management. Experienced in adapting processes to various business models, with a focus on simplification, strategic automation, and continuous scale. Ability to define clear performance indicators and analysing performance data against predefined KPIs. Proven experience in managing collaboration across multiple stakeholders internationally. Strong communication skills, capable of clearly articulating deliverables to diverse audiences, including senior management. Adept at adapting communication styles to suit different stakeholders. Minimum educational requirement of a Master s degree in Business Administration.
