IT Business Services Consultant

As part of the ECS MEE level team, your role will involve providing high-level service to our largest customers. The focus will be on extending the LCO team within ECS to operate the entire SAP landscapes, including some of the largest HANA-based systems. Your responsibilities will include working as L3 support, ensuring fast service restoration during major incidents, and proactively optimizing environments to prevent disruptions. This will require a deep technical understanding of technologies and operations. You will be part of the ECS MEE organization, specifically the LCO team, which operates customers in a ring-fenced setup to ensure operational excellence due to the complexity and high demands from customers.
