IT ASSISTANT

Ramada by wyndham, alleppey requires an IT Assistant for its IT dept.

The candidate will be responsible for:-

* managing and maintaining the hotel's computer systems and networks including hardware and software.

* providing technical support to staff and guests and ensuring the security of sensitive information

* install and configure computer systems, printers, and other equipments.

* perform regular back up and disaster recovery operations

* monitor and analyse network performance to identify potential issues and optimise systems accordingly.

* provide training and suport to hotel staff on new software and hardware systems.

* respond to security incidents and implement security measures to prevent future incidents.

The candidate should posses degree or diploma in computer science or related field.

the candidate must have 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field.

should have knowledge of windows server, firewall,computer systems, networks and security protocols.
