Job Description

Role Overview: As an IT Analyst II in SAP Finance & Controlling at AGCO, you will play a crucial role in understanding the business needs and ensuring they are met effectively. Your responsibilities will include requirement definition, design, configuration, testing, and documentation to ensure best practices are followed and business value is delivered as per objectives. You will serve as a key liaison between the global AGCO business and IT support functions, analyzing, validating, and documenting business and system requirements throughout the project life cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with key business resources on requirements gathering, solution design, configuration testing, user acceptance, implementation, and documentation. - Translate business concepts into executable functional designs, ensuring alignment with overall architecture and compatibility with module solutions. - Work with other analysts to understand integration points with other systems and communicate the impact of proposed system changes. - Assist in estimations of new developments and enhancement requests, including costs, benefits, and resources. - Configure, test, and train during SAP projects following the AGCO methodology. Qualifications Required: - 10 years of configuration knowledge (IMG/SPRO) in FICO area. - Experience in 2 completed full lifecycle SAP implementation projects, including one full implementation of S/4 Hana. - Proficiency in implementing and designing solutions for SAP modules FI-AA, FI-GL, CO-CCA, CO-PC & CO-PA. - Ability to learn and adapt to AGCO's current FICO solutions and develop future solutions. - Strong communication skills to interact with team members clearly, consistently, and professionally, including conducting presentations on various subjects. - Solid SAP configuration experience within project delivery framework, covering designing, developing/configuring, integrating, testing, implementing, and continuous improvement.
