Job Title : Head Human Resources Location : Corporate Office, Chennai Reporting To : Managing Director Industry : IVF Clinics, Hospitals Role Summary Lead and manage the HR function across all verticals of Iswarya Health – including IVF centers and multi-specialty hospital – ensuring strategic alignment of people, process, and performance. Key Responsibilities Align HR strategy with business growth across clinics, hospital. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. Drive performance management, appraisals, and incentives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Lead employee engagement, retention, and training programs. Implement HRMS and maintain analytics dashboards. Build a strong organizational culture and support leadership hiring. Requirements MBA/PG in HR with 10–15 years of experience (multi-unit preferred). Prior exposure to healthcare or retail HR is a strong plus. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Willing to travel pan-India as needed.
