Our mission is to make background verification faster, smarter, and AI-driven for businesses across industries. Currently managed by two founders, we are looking for a third co-founder with a strong technical background to join us on this journey and help shape the future of our AI-powered verification platform. The Role We are seeking a Technical Co-Founder (CTO) who can: Lead the end-to-end development of our AI-integrated web app and mobile app for background verification. Build secure, scalable, and user-friendly platforms with HRMS integration . Innovate and implement AI-driven solutions for document verification, fraud detection, and automation. Own the technical roadmap , architecture, and execution. Work full-time , sharing responsibilities and vision with the founding team.
