Job Title: Civil Engineer Location: Chennai Department: Civil / Construction Experience: 0 2 years Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.E. Civil Engineering Job Purpose: We are expanding our field support operations with the introduction of Mobile Demo Vans to showcase the bending strength and quality of our TMT bars. This role is responsible for technically demonstrating the TMT bending process to customers at construction sites, dealer locations, and other field venues across Chennai and nearby regions. Key Responsibilities: Operate the Mobile Demo Van to visit various construction sites, dealers, and project locations. Demonstrate the bending capabilities and strength of iSTEEL TMT bars to clients and prospects. Clearly communicate the technical benefits of our TMT bars in an understandable and professional manner. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to plan daily visits and schedules. Conduct live demos and answer technical queries from engineers, site supervisors, and dealers. Ensure proper upkeep and safe operation of the demo van and equipment. Record visit details, customer feedback, and submit reports regularly. Key Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (fresher can also apply). Good communication skills and confidence to explain technical concepts. Basic knowledge of TMT bar usage, construction sites, and structural reinforcement is an advantage. Proactive, presentable, and customer-friendly attitude.
