We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented IRIS Audit Specialist to oversee and execute Quality Management System (QMS) audits in alignment with the International Railway Industry Standard (IRIS) , specifically ISO 9001 and ISO 22163 . The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of quality principles, railway industry standards, and auditing techniques. They will play a key role in planning, conducting, and reporting IRIS audits and guiding continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and conduct internal IRIS audits in accordance with ISO 22163 and ISO 9001 standards. Use the IRIS Audit Tool and Portal for accurate audit execution and documentation. Evaluate the effectiveness of Quality Management Systems using a process-based, risk-driven approach. Review and assess compliance with railway-specific requirements, including operational and regulatory standards. Identify, document, and classify non-conformities; support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Deliver clear and concise audit findings and reports to relevant stakeholders. Monitor follow-up actions to ensure timely closure of audit issues and drive continuous improvement. Liaise with external auditors and support third-party IRIS certification or surveillance audits. Train and guide internal teams on IRIS requirements, audit readiness, and QMS best practices. Analyze IRIS performance levels and contribute to achieving higher ratings (e.g., Silver, Gold). Keep updated with industry changes, IRIS portal updates, and evolving regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Management, or related field. Minimum [X] years of experience in Quality Management or IRIS auditing within the railway or industrial manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 22163 (IRIS Standard). Proven experience in conducting IRIS audits , including audit planning, execution, and reporting. Proficiency with audit techniques such as interviewing, observation, and document review. Familiarity with the IRIS Audit Tool and IRIS Portal usage. Experience in non-conformance management and CAPA processes . Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement . Preferred Certifications: Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent. IRIS Auditor Certification (if applicable or preferred). Six Sigma or Lean certification (optional but beneficial).

We are looking for Senior Manager Quality Youll make a difference by Develop and implement quality management systems and plans for railway/metro infrastructure projects. Lead and mentor regional quality teams and site QC engineers to ensure proper inspection, testing, and documentation across project stages. Review and approve Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Control Plans (QCPs), and Method Statements submitted by contractors and internal teams. Conduct internal audits, supplier audits, and third-party quality assessments to ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements. Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, and site teams to resolve quality issues and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports). Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Integrated Factory Acceptance Tests (IFAT), and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for signalling and interlocking systems. Ensure closure of quality observations raised by customers (Railways/Independent Engineers) and internal audits. Generate monthly Quality Dashboards, KPIs, and MIS reports for management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using RCA (Root Cause Analysis), CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and Lean Six Sigma principles. Project Quality Planning: Develop and implement Project Quality Plans aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 22163, and customer requirements. Process Audits & Inspections: Conduct internal audits (ISO 9001, VDA 6.3) and supplier audits to ensure adherence to standards. Defect Management: Monitor non-conformances (NCRs) and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and 8D Problem-Solving techniques. Supplier & Subcontractor Quality Management: Work closely with vendors to improve their processes, product quality, and compliance. Customer & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure project deliverables meet customer specifications and regulatory compliance (ISO, VDA). Document Control & Reporting: Maintain quality documentation, prepare reports, and support management reviews. Desired Skills: Diploma or bachelors degree in engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or Master of Computer Applications Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems & Manufacturing domain knowledge Deep knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP & Manufacturing Applications (MES, PLM, SCM, QMS, WMS etc.). B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Instrumentation or equivalent. Minimum 1215 years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in railway signalling, metro infrastructure, Factor or large EPC projects. Experience handling quality in project environments (installation, testing, commissioning). Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22163 (IRIS) standards. Experience in process improvement, risk management, and supplier quality development. Proficiency in auditing techniques (Internal & Supplier Audits). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Office and other Quality Management tools.
