Company Description ISKCON Varanasi, also known as ISKCON Banaras, is a center for Krishna consciousness located in the sacred city of Kashi. Inspired by the teachings of His Divine Grace A C Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, our devotees spread the message of the Bhagavad Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam through various activities. These include daily temple programs, prasadam distribution, youth outreach, and festivals. Our mission is to glorify the Supreme Lord and we welcome everyone to connect, contribute, and grow in bhakti. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator at ISKCON Varanasi. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging content for various social media platforms, managing social media accounts, and implementing content strategies. They will also be involved in capturing and sharing updates from temple activities, organizing online campaigns, and coordinating with the team to enhance outreach efforts. Qualifications Excellent skills in content creation, writing, and storytelling Proficiency in managing social media platforms and implementing social media strategies Experience with graphics design and multimedia content creation Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively on site Knowledge of Krishna consciousness and ISKCON’s mission is a plus Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
