As a Development Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will include identifying, implementing test plans, and validating products suitable for customers and the market. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring accurate identification and incorporation of customer requirements and expectations (CTQs) for traceability and validation - Defining Quality Test Plans (QTPs) based on various standards and lessons learned - Developing test and approbation plans, conducting risk assessments, data analysis, and reporting for product release - Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislations related to environmental, health, safety, performance, and EMI/EMC - Writing technical and management systems quality reports and maintaining documentation procedures Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electronics (Master's degree preferred) - Minimum 7+ years of work experience in relevant industries such as Lighting, Solar, Electrical Goods, or Consumer Goods - Strong academic records and excellent communication skills with proficiency in English Joining Signify means contributing to a brighter future through cutting-edge innovation and sustainability goals.
