The main purpose of this role is to provide pricing and documentation support to the Sales team for enquiries. You should be well versed in the design and application of Connectors and Clamping, have the ability to read and understand drawings and specifications, and possess knowledge of engineering terms like tolerance and materials. Additionally, you should be capable of performing raw material rate calculations, product costing, and various calculations with excellent skills. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer specifications and reference standards, identifying deviations that do not comply with the requirements, and maintaining an enquiry register. For existing products, you will need to obtain accurate product costing from the Engineering & VD team and logistics cost from the logistics team. For new products, collaboration with the PM for business case, costing, and documentation is essential. Interacting with relevant functions to maintain product documentation such as GA drawings, Data Sheets, Type Test Reports, Quality Plans, and more will be part of your duties. You will also be responsible for providing pricing above budgeted margins to the Sales team with proper documentation, as well as maintaining MIS documents related to Sales, Margins, Response Time, etc. Key deliverables for this role include providing accurate pricing and documentation, ensuring timely responses, preparing MIS reports, and fostering customer intimacy.,
