Key Responsibilities • Handle all admission inquiries (online, phone, and walk-ins). • Counsel prospective students (doctors) about courses and career outcomes. • Convert leads into enrollments by providing accurate information and follow-up. • Maintain daily sales reports, admission trackers, and CRM data. • Plan monthly admission targets and assist in achieving sales goals. • Coordinate with faculty and admin team for batch scheduling and operations. • Support marketing campaigns (Instagram, WhatsApp, events, and webinars). • Ensure a smooth student experience from inquiry to enrollment. • Manage centre-level operations (basic accounts, stock, stationery, scheduling).
