IS Service Owner - User Access Management Services

Role Overview: As an IS Manager at ABB, your primary role will be to lead defined service line(s) in the design and development of end-to-end lifecycle roadmaps and ensure effective and efficient delivery of services with a team of internal and external suppliers. Your work model will involve contributing to the IS Services in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: - Accountable for user access management services across ABB delivered through AD/AAD and other CIEM platforms. - Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the framework for delivering UAM services within scope, on time, within budget, and meeting customer expectations. - Manage Authentication and Authorization services delivered via AD, which are crucial for service continuity. Any disruptions in these services can lead to high severity outages. - Maintain tight control over UAM services to ensure all users have the necessary access without interruption. Future enhancements may include Cloud Entitlement management. - Act as the escalation point in case of severe problems in the service and collaborate with the service line to restore service functionality. - Attend regular internal and external review meetings to ensure proper service management. Qualification Required: - 15+ years of cumulative working experience in IS services. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent program. - Proficiency in written and spoken English. - Experience in managing a team of 3-4 individuals. - ITIL Foundation Certified. - Additional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, MCSE, MCITP, MCSA AD, AZ900, and other AAD certifications would be beneficial.
