You will be responsible for Fundraising, Debt Management, Debt Servicing, Working Capital, and day-to-day banking interface for all activities involved. Your main responsibilities will include Project Finance modeling, documentation, security creation, coordinating with Banks, Financial Institutions, Credit rating agencies, legal counsels, technical consultants, and ESIA consultants.
