Role Overview: As a Data Visualization Specialist, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights by designing interactive dashboards and visual reports. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure stakeholders have the necessary information to make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop interactive dashboards and visual reports for business stakeholders. - Translate complex datasets into clear, concise, and actionable insights. - Ensure visualizations are accurate, intuitive, and aligned with business needs. - Work with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to understand data sources and requirements. - Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key insights. - Assist in validating data and ensuring data quality for reporting purposes. - Maintain and update dashboards and reports as business needs evolve. - Optimize visualizations for performance, usability, and scalability. - Present insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner. - Stay updated on the latest data visualization tools, techniques, and trends. - Recommend new tools or approaches to improve analytics and reporting. - Support adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field. - 2-5 years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or analytics roles. - Proficiency in visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or Looker. - Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational and non-relational databases. - Knowledge of data modeling, data analytics, and dashboard best practices. - Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders. - Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently or in cross-functional teams.,
